Services

I offer specialist support for adults and young people across a range of difficulties, using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs.

Addiction

Addiction can take many forms — from alcohol and drug dependency to process addictions such as gambling, food, or compulsive behaviours. With extensive experience working across both private and NHS addiction services, I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore the underlying drivers of addictive behaviour. Together, we will work on building sustainable strategies for recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are complex and deeply personal. Whether you are experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or other forms of disordered eating, therapy can help you understand your relationship with food and your body. I take an integrative approach, addressing both the behavioural patterns and the emotional roots of disordered eating to support meaningful, lasting change.

ADHD

With over ten years of experience supporting adults with ADHD, I take a holistic approach that goes beyond symptom management. ADHD can bring unique challenges — from difficulties with concentration and organisation to emotional dysregulation and low self-esteem. Therapy provides a space to better understand how ADHD affects your daily life, develop practical coping strategies, and build on your strengths. I work collaboratively with you to find approaches that fit your life and goals.

Borderline Personality Disorder

Borderline personality disorder can bring intense emotional experiences, difficulties in relationships, and an unstable sense of identity. I offer a warm, consistent therapeutic relationship where you can safely explore these patterns. Using evidence-based approaches including DBT and psychodynamic therapy, we will work together on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and developing more stable, fulfilling relationships.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health difficulties, yet they can feel deeply isolating. Whether you are experiencing persistent low mood, excessive worry, panic attacks, or a combination of these, therapy offers a safe space to explore what is driving your distress. I use an integrative approach to help you understand your patterns, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling life.

Adolescent Mental Health

Adolescence is a time of significant change, and it is not always easy to know when a young person might benefit from professional support. I work with young people aged 14–18 — and their parents or carers — to address difficulties including anxiety, low mood, self-harm, identity, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. My approach is collaborative and age-appropriate, drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, and person-centred therapy. I involve parents where helpful, ensuring the whole family feels supported while respecting the young person's growing independence and autonomy.
